We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item, we do accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours, and to ensure the returns are delivered safely. Return postage will be paid by the customer as currently we do not offer free returns.
Please note all accessories returned must be in a resellable condition.

We only refund or exchange items bought direct from www.CWJLondon.com, if you have bought an item from a different retailer or website please follow their policy for refunds and exchanges.
Items marked as being sale items are only eligible for exchange.
