CWJ London aim for orders to arrive within 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched same day Monday – Friday (orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following working day).
Delivery for UK (mainland) is weight dependent.

CWJ London send products via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. If you require your
item on a Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day service) then please contact us on
info@cwjlondon.com and we can try our best to arrange and advise costs.
We do not currently offer other shipping options as we are producing luxury accessories and want to make sure that the items you order arrive to you safely.
Please note that orders shipping to rest of world will take 5-7 working days.
If we are experiencing any delivery delays, we will contact you directly, and try our best to liaise with our delivery company to get your order to you as quick as possible.
When placing your order please ensure that you give your correct address for delivery as we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect.

Please note that if you have ordered a bespoke/made to order product this will take a little longer as it is not made yet. We aim to make your product within the week (product dependent). We will email you after purchase to give a rough date of completion, and will send out 1st class as soon as your order is made.
